Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Addy is a warm, down-to-earth clinical psychologist passionate about helping her clients live a meaningful and fulfilling life. She works collaboratively with adults, young people, and families to address a range of concerns, including improving relationships, managing anxiety and perfectionism, enhancing mood, and navigating significant life transitions such as marriage, separation, parenthood, grief, career changes, and retirement.

Addy tailors her therapeutic approach to each client’s unique perspective, drawing from her extensive training in evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Systemic Family Therapy, and Mindfulness. By starting with the client’s worldview, she co-develops strategies that align with their goals and values.

Addy holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Her clients appreciate her supportive and collaborative approach, which fosters personal growth and empowers them to make positive changes in their lives.
