Psychologist

Chloe (she/her) is a registered psychologist with over 5 years’ experience working in community and private mental health. She works with adolescents and adults, from all different backgrounds and walks of life.

Chloe understands that beginning therapy can initially be a daunting prospect, but her evidenced-based practice, compassion and strengths-based approach emphasises the learning, humour and joy that often accompanies self-understanding and growth. She is passionate about building a non-judgmental, collaborative, nurturing and safe space to facilitate self-exploration and understand an individuals unique intersecting aspects
of identity, life experiences, relationships and systemic factors. This allows a deep dive into therapy, fostering sustainable and positive change through enhancing understanding of responses to unmet needs, interpersonal and behavioural patterns and sense of self, as well as recognising an individuals own intrinsic strengths and skills.

Chloe is highly knowledgeable, integrating elements of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Psycho-education and Emotion Focused therapy to modify and adapt the therapeutic space to meet each client where they are at.
