Jessica Connell

Jessica a registered psychologist with around a decade of industry experience. Jessica is experienced in working with a wide range of issues and she works across the lifespan with pre-teens, adolescents, adults and couples.

Jessica is a strong believer that each client is unique and thus tailors her approach to the unique needs of each individual she works with. In addition, she works collaboratively with her clients to empower them to facilitate positive long lasting change in their lives and meet their goals. Jessica strongly believes that the relationship between therapist and client is key to the client’s success in therapy and works hard to facilitate a strong, genuine and honest rapport with her clients.

Jessica practices from an integrative approach, tailoring her approach to the client’s needs, and is competent in a range of evidence base therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness and Multidimensional Therapy. She also practises Hypnotherapy.

Jessica has an interest in holistic approaches and believes the clients overall health and wellbeing is important and allows this to further inform her approach to facilitating the journey of self-discovery, healing and empowerment for her clients.
