Kate Wallace-Boyd

Psychologist

Kate (she/her) has a collaborative, authentic, and compassionate approach and is passionate about working with clients to give them the tools and support needed to reach their goals and live a
fulfilling life.

She works with all ages, from children through to older adults in both brief and long-term intervention formats. Kate uses both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches and draws from other modalities so that she can flexibly work with clients and create an individualised approach that fits each person’s needs.

Kate enjoys working work with a wide variety of concerns and has specific skills in working in stress management, with people with physical health conditions (such as cancer, cardiac conditions, chronic pain, and chronic health conditions) and with the LGBTQIA+ community.
