Michelle Sinclair

Michelle is a registered psychologist who holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.

Michelle takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working with her clients to understand their goals and tailoring techniques to meet each client’s need or preference.  Michelle has a special interest in working with clients to improve their quality of life.

In tailoring her approach, Michelle draws from several evidence based therapy methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy.

Prior to joining the team at Reflection, Michelle worked in community, university and private practice settings.
