Shirley Robert

Psychologist

Shirley is a registered psychologist with a wide range of local and international experience, working with clients across the lifespan. She has worked in different settings, such as hospitals, private practice and community work. Her diverse background enables her to connect with clients from different cultural backgrounds.

Shirley believes that therapy provides a safe space to deeply reflect and re-frame experiences and issues that could foster positive growth. Shirley is passionate about creating that safe space for the individual using empathy and compassion and focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships.

Shirley uses various therapies such as CBT, ACT and incorporates aspects of different therapy modalities such as Gestalt, Psychodrama, Humanistic in her sessions.
