Deborah Adelin

Registered Psychologist

Deb is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Registrar. She has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and older adults across a range of settings. Her training and career have included roles at Monash Health, Psychs in Schools, and the Cairnmillar Institute, where she supported individuals with a wide range of mental health presentations across the lifespan.

Deb’s preference is to draw on various approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, as indicated by best fit for her clients and/or clinical factors, and to remain trauma-informed.

Deb is committed to evidence-based practice, reflective clinical work, and building strong therapeutic relationships. She strives to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to pursue meaningful change.
