Counselling Psychologist

Media completed her psychology training in Auckland, New Zealand (Aotearoa), and holds postgraduate qualifications in counselling psychology. She is registered to practise as a psychologist in both Australia and New Zealand, with an endorsement in Counselling Psychology.

Media has experience across both government and private sectors, supporting clients through complex emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges. She offers a therapeutic approach grounded in cultural understanding, warmth, and a steady, compassionate presence. Working within a trauma-informed, relational framework, she places strong value on the therapeutic relationship and fosters a space that is collaborative, well-paced, and anchored in safety and trust. Her clinical focus includes supporting clients experiencing emotional, behavioural, and adjustment-related difficulties, particularly those arising from adverse or challenging life events.

Media offers individual psychological therapy for adolescents (15+) and adults seeking support with:

  • Schema Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Media is available for both in-person or telehealth appointments in our Camberwell Clinic on Fridays and Saturdays.
