Lauré Coulter

Psychologist

Lauré obtained her postgraduate qualifications in South Africa, where she worked as a clinical psychologist with children and adolescents, adults, and couples. Lauré is a registered psychologist with AHPRA, and is passionate about accompanying each of her clients on their mental health journey and has worked with individuals of all ages across a variety of mental health settings, including psychiatric, correctional, public health, and private practice spaces.

Lauré works with individuals facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression and loss, and takes a gentle and person-centred approach to therapy. She draws on a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure that each therapeutic process is uniquely tailored to the specific needs of her client. Lauré prioritises the nurturing of a consistent, comfortable, and confidential space within which her clients can safely explore and navigate the complexities of their inner and outer worlds.

Lauré shares a deep appreciation and understanding for the difficulties that we all face as human beings. She believes in the power of vulnerability and self-compassion. Her clients describe her as empathetic, authentic and dependable.
