Minimal Waiting
Reflection Psychology Group’s two clinics and comprehensive team of psychologists with a broad range of specialties mean we can schedule appointments at times that suit our clients, with minimal waiting.
If you’re here, you’ve already done something important.
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy. You might be feeling unsure about where to start, what to expect, or even whether you’re “ready” to speak to someone – that’s completely normal.
At Reflection Psychology Group, we understand that the connection you have with your psychologist matters. Feeling comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning can make all the difference.
To help with this, we offer an easy-to-use preliminary matching process.
By answering a few questions, we’ll offer you the option of a provisional appointment with a psychologist who best fits your needs, preferences, and current situation. To ensure this is indeed the very best match for you, and to finalise your appointment and answer any questions you may have, we would like you to also have a brief welcoming conversation with a member of our administration team.
Right now, choose what feels right for you:
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out – you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and take things at your own pace.
