Peter Casdorff

Psychologist

Peter is a registered psychologist (Clinical Registrar) with experience working across community, private practice, and disability support settings. He has particular expertise in conducting psychological assessments and supporting clients with ADHD, autism, and related presentations. Peter works with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.

Peter has a strong background in the NDIS space and provides comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions to assist individuals and families with self-managed NDIS in navigating supports. In therapy, he works with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, and adjustment difficulties.

Peter draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, and Schema-informed interventions. He adapts his approach to suit the unique needs and goals of each client.

Peter also offers animal-assisted therapy with his therapy pug, Kevin, creating a warm and engaging environment that can support clients in developing regulation skills, comfort, and connection in sessions.

Peter values building strong, collaborative relationships with his clients and takes the time to understand their individual experiences. He is committed to fostering insight, growth, and resilience while providing a supportive therapeutic space.
